I find it surprisingly easy to defeat Barrett and his minions.  It's almost like they lead themselves into the slaughterhouse.  And there I stand with an axe...

On July 14th, 2010, a little over a week ago the California Supreme Court, with virtually no effort on my part, stomped a rancid old fart named Stephen Barrett on my behalf, by the simple act of denying Barrett's Petition to that Court, practically begging the Supreme Court to overturn the earlier Appeals Court Decision upholding the Alameda Superior Court's decision to Dismiss Barrett's case against me.

The Judge in the Superior Court, once again with no effort on my part, had Dismissed the case since, frankly, Barrett, et al, just couldn't seem to get it up enough to pursue the original silliness.  We, on the other hand, spent no effort either.

It has always been my opinion that Stephen Barrett has always wanted to TELL people he is suing me, but actually facing me in Court, or anywhere else, is a whole another matter.  I think it has been a manhood issue with him all along. 

This is a big blow for Stevie, for he has always had to maintain a front with his own people trying to give the impression that he has everything under control when he doesn't.  I have some documents in my possession that clearly show that Stevie's hands, these days, are shaking badly - a clear sign he is nearly finished, and the probable reason he isn't out in public.  It wasn't that long ago that Barrett settled a lawsuit he had filed on the morning the trial was to begin, against famed litigator Carlos Negrete - in an undisclosed settlement.  I don't know the terms of the settlement but I see that Carlos is driving a new car.

What case am I talking about?  

It's almost hard to remember.  Way back in November of 2000, Stephen Barrett, Terry Polevoy, and Christopher Grell sued world famous author/scientist Hulda Clark PhD, myself, Ilena Rosenthal, and a few others, making some weird claim that was hard to follow even when they tried to explain it all, time-after-time to the Judge.  The gist of it seemed to be that SUPPOSEDLY Hulda Clark had hired me, Tim Bolen, to somehow, defame this threesome, and that others conspired to do this.  Here is what  said about it earlier:

"Barrett, of course, being the arrogant wanna-be tyrant he actually is, couldn't take it and sued me - or, I should say "sort of sued me," for, as we all know it has been NINE YEARS since Barrett announced on his sleazy website that he was suing me - and of course, the Court has since thrown out the case (after eight-and-a-half years) of no activity.

There is no question that Barrett, and his band of loser malcontents, hold me, Tim Bolen, out as Public Enemy Number One.

Ahhhh, that feels good...  The only thing I could think of that would be better than that would be a personally signed Christmas Card from the Pope thanking me for my good works on the side of "Good" in the war against "Evil" - something my Mom would, definitely, put on the refrigerator.

However, Ilena Rosenthal hired her own attorney and filed an anti-SLAPP Motion which worked, dismissing her from the case, but the trio Appealed this Motion all the way to the California Supreme Court - losing, of course, and ending up having to pay Rosenthal's attorneys over $500,000 US - most of which they have not yet paid - and the threesome are at each other's throats, in Court, over the money.

I'm still laughing.
